Dy Manager / Sr.Manager “HR”


Job Title – Dy Manager / Sr. Manager – Human Resource

Qualifications – MBA/PGDM / PG Diploma with any specialization

Experience – 7 – 12 Years.

  • PG with min. with 6-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR system & database.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Flexible & adaptable to a demanding & fast-packed work environment Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Business strategy.
  • Managing the Recruitment & selection process.
  • Maintains Organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing & interviewing program, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, system, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work result by training managers to coach & discipline employees, scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees  and supervisors.
  • Excellent active listening, Negotiation & Presentation skills.
